Raw materials are taken from quality suppliers and randomly tested for chemical composition.
Pipes are randomly batch tested for physical parameters, such as mass, diameter, length & surface finish.
Each & every pipe is subject A to hydraulic test & Random samples are tested at 750 PSI for long durations.
Random Samples are drawn and are subjected to bend test at 90° & 180° in cold conditions
Random sample are also subjected to Tensile & elongation tests.
Expansion test for sockets are also carried out.
